BeatPrompt / Android

Privacy information

This app-specific notice describes the current Android implementation. The owner must confirm the legal developer identity, retention terms, and account-deletion process before this page is used as the final Google Play privacy policy.

Information kept on this device

The Android app stores saved prompt pairs, their titles and selections, named presets, the latest prompt pair, and the daily free-generation count in private app storage on this device. These items are not synced to a BeatPrompt account or sent to the BeatPrompt server. Android cloud backup and device transfer are disabled for this app.

When you choose Copy, the selected prompt text is placed on the device clipboard. When you export a text file, Android asks you where to save it; the selected destination is outside BeatPrompt’s local library.

Account sign-in and paid access

Paid purchases use an existing BeatPrompt account. The app sends the email and password you enter to BeatPrompt’s account endpoint over HTTPS to sign you in. The app stores the returned authentication cookies in private app storage so it can restore your signed-in session.

When you buy or restore a Google Play offer, the app sends the purchase token and offer identifier to BeatPrompt’s server while you are signed in. The server asks the Google Play Developer API to verify the app package, product, purchase state, and the one-way SHA-256 account identifier sent with the Play purchase. BeatPrompt stores the verified purchase token, offer, status, start time, and expiry or subscription period end against your account so access can be restored and checked.

When paid generation is used, the six music-setting selections and the separate song-structure choice are sent to BeatPrompt’s server and the generated Suno and Udio text is returned to the app. The Android generation handler does not save prompt text or selections in the BeatPrompt database. Server request-log retention has not been confirmed and must be reviewed before publication.

Google Play and service providers

Google Play processes the purchase and provides purchase details to BeatPrompt for server-side verification. The Google Play Billing Library is included in the Android app. The app does not include advertising SDKs or an app analytics SDK.

Retention, account deletion, and contact

Prompt pairs, presets, and daily counts remain in app storage until you clear the app’s storage or uninstall it. Verified purchase records are retained in BeatPrompt’s account database so purchase access can be checked and restored. The owner has not supplied the retention period, account-deletion process, or treatment of purchase records after an account-deletion request; those details must be confirmed before this notice is used for a public store listing.

For privacy questions or to request help with account data, contact beatprompt@polsia.app. The account-deletion handling and response times still require owner confirmation before release.
